EMPLOYER’S SIDE
Demand Letter
The prospective “ Employer” MUST issue a “Letter of Demand” (Refer Annexure 1) in favor of “lulupvtltd” stating the specific “ Category of Employees, the Required Number of Workers, ( In Categorical Form) Monthly Salary Payable, Duration of Contract and other facilities such as Food, Accommodation, Transport , Medical / Insurance Cover, Transport and Air Passage, etc.- Download specimen in PDF format.
Power of Attorney
The “Employer/ Principal MUST issue a ‘Power of Attorney’ (Refer Annexure 2) in favor of Lulupvtltd, addressed to the “Consulate General” of The Embassy in Sri Lanka, notifying that “Lulupvtltd” is their” Authorized Recruitment Agent” with “Full Authorization” to deal with all and any matters relating to recruitment issues. Agreement of Employment
Signing an “Employment Contract between the Employer and Employee” is mandatory, depending on the “Project and its Location.- Download specimen in PDF format.

OUR SIDE
Selection
We facilitate the entire process of selection and recruitment. The Employer is at liberty to conduct the interview process according to their standards and conditions. However, if instructed Lulupvtltd shall conduct Interviews / Practical Tests / Selection, according to Client specifications.
Medical Clearance
On selection, the candidates are sent for Medical checkups / clearance to government accredited / authorized Medical Centers.
Application for Visa
We make sure that all documents required by the Immigration and Government Authorities. (i.e.) Medical, Photograph, Passport Details, are in order so that the Employer / Employee would have no issues whatsoever.
Ticketing and Emigration
The Employer is required to remit necessary funds in favor of Lulupvtltd for travelling and or other incidental expenses.
Orientation before Departure
Lulupvtltd provides basic Pre Job-orientation to workers before departure.
