PROCEDURE
Overseas recruitment is governed by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) Act No 21 of 1985. Companies dealing in overseas recruitment are required to register themselves with the SLBFE and obtain a license, issued under this Act, to carry out business. Licensed Foreign Employment Agencies are required to obtain prior approval from the SLBFE to advertise vacancies and to recruit and dispatch the selected candidates.
If you require our services, kindly email us the following documents attested by the Sri Lankan Embassy to comply with local regulations and also courier the originals.
- A Power of Attorney confirming that Lulu International PVT LTD is authorized by your Company to recruit manpower out of Sri Lanka. Download specimen in PDF format.

- Agreement Download specimen in PDF format.
Kindly note that these documents should be typed on the letterhead of your company.
